WHAT

KICKSTARTER is part of the new way of releasing music. With your help and
SUPPORT, artists can bring projects to fruition while KEEPING ART AS THE
FOCUS-- and you can receive cool, unique INCENTIVES. If you want to make a small contribution, you can think of it as “PRE-ORDER WITH BENEFITS.” If
you can contribute more, you are essentially part of a “label” that
empowers artists to record under more-ideal circumstances and still keep
ART as the PRIORITY.

When the project is funded, money pledged will be used to pay for
musicians, recording, mixing, mastering, cover art and duplication.
Donations will be processed (and rewards issued) only when the ENTIRE
fundraising goal is met. Let’s make this happen!

WHO

My name is Denitia Odigie and I have some new material I'm really excited
to share with you. With your help, I'm going to record an ambitious full
length album at the recently-built Bunker Studio in Brooklyn, NY.

I'm excited about this place. The new Bunker Studio is an example of what
happens when creative people put their minds to something. It's what you
get when a handful of amazing musicians make a commitment to build, with
their own hands, a playground for creativity and a greenhouse for ideas.
While a great amount of time, effort and expense were coordinated to
prioritize maximum musician comfort, first-rate acoustics, and beautiful
capture, the vibe is right--relaxed, inspiring, and comfortable. It’s a
FEEL thing, and I feel it’s time to capture this new music the way most of
my favorite records were made: "Let's all get in an amazing-sounding room
and mic it up right and press record..." It’s magic.

My co-producer, Brad Willams (who labored long hours over the past year to
help bring the Bunker to fruition) agrees with me: this feels like the
right time and the right place. We want to make this independent record
happen, but we need YOU.
