Come help Las Vegas' first nanobrewery become a reality!

We are Holy Griffon Brewery and we bring beer. My name is Kevin Early and I will open Las Vegas' first nanobrewery with the help of my friend and fellow beer lover Jesse Garcia.

What is a nanobrewery?

Nanobreweries are a new concept to the beer scene. The explosion of craft beer in recent years has led to more breweries opening up across the country. Since opening a microbrewery is requires a ton of capital, some brewers have tried to cut costs by buying smaller brewing systems. This leads to more time, care and thought going into each batch which results in a better tasting beer. It also allows the brewers to experiment with new ideas due to the smaller batch size.

We are partnering with Las Vegas' finest... Food Trucks!

We are in talks with Las Vegas' food trucks like Slidin' Thru to bring our slightly intoxicated customers some delicious grub.

Our Brewing System:

We will be purchasing a 1.5 bbl electric HERMS brewing system. It uses 3 kettles, (the mash tun, hot liquor tank and brew kettle) and a 5500 low density heating unit.

Location Location Location...

While we have not finialized our exact location, we are looking for buildings centrally located in the Las Vegas area. We hope to be close to both the strip and UNLV so we can provide a laid back hang out for students and tourists alike.

Why we need you...

We are not asking for the entire start up cost of our brewery like some people have because we will partially finance our endeavor. We are and will continue to secure more funding for our brewery because it is what we love and we are very serious about our beer. We just need a little extra help.
