Hi! We are Sean and Lauire McCoy along with David Riddle and we are hoping the Kickstarter community can help us with the final funding push to make our dream come true. We've been working the last 6 months, pain stakingly searching for and purchasing a truck. We also found a great deal on an oven/grill and bought it! With the first major purchases under our belts, we are raring to go. Now we are scouring Craigslist and eBay searching for the remaining pieces to Fat and Happy, "the Tasty Food Truck."

Here’s where you come in:

 If you've never used Kickstarter before, here is the scoop. We need help getting our project off the ground, so we reach out to people like you that may share a similar interest in making Fat and Happy a reality.

 We have 45 days to reach our goal. If we don't reach it we don't get any of the money that was pledged. If we do reach it, we get to keep it and make our food truck your reality. If we go beyond it we are going to be able to do it faster and better (so that's what we are really hoping for).

We’ve already taken out personal loans and family donations to get us going, but unfortunately those funds are running thin. We require $7,000 of additional start-up capital to make Fat and Happy" the Tasty Food Truck" a reality.

Your investment would go toward the following:

*Exhaust hood

*Refrigeration units

*Truck Wrap

* Paint job (full exterior and interior ceilings) and minor body work.

* Automotive fixtures (cook's seat, propane tank, generator and lights)

* Signage & menu board

* Flooring

* A/C unit

* Plumbing and electrical work

* Interior & exterior lighting (electrical work and fixtures)

* Generator harness and venting

* Branding and graphic design (logo, etc.)

* Additional state and local licensing fees

* Liability insurance

* Additional roll out costs (printing menus, to-go containers, ingredients, cooking utensils, etc.)

Your investment will help us meet the minimum monetary goal needed to get on the road. Any additional funds raised above our $7,000 goal is welcomed and will be put toward paying down our outstanding balances/loans, as well as fulfilling donor rewards.
