Update #11: Response to Survey Issues
No Fear!
There's been a lot of confusion about the surveys. Rest assured that if you do not see an "Action Needed" message when you log in to Kickstarter, we have your information and nothing else needs to be done on your end.
The survey simply asked your name, mailing address, phone number, t-shirt size etc. Each incentive price point had it's own survey. So if you didn't purchase a t-shirt, you weren't asked about your t-shirt size.
Unfortunately, I cannot find a confirmation page that will tell you wether or not the survey had been completed. We still have a lot of names with missing information. If you aren't sure, please take a moment to login to Kickstarter and see if you get an "Action Needed" message from us. If it's there, it should be obvious.

Update #10: Missed the Survey?
Some of you have reported not getting the survey form requesting your t-shirt size, mailing address etc. (This would only be for people who chose an incentive upon donating.) It more than likely just got caught in your spam filter, but don't worry!
Once you log in to your account on Kickstarter, there should be a banner at the top of the page that says "Action Needed! Steve Taylor needs some information from you!" You can fill out the survey by clicking that.

If our phone # did change how do we send you the updated one?
Hey I still haven't gotten any of the stuff that was promised for the backers that gave $100 or more. I was gone during Christmas vacation when it was delivered to my house. I got a notification saying that it would be sent back to the shipper if I didn't pick it up within 9 days. My Christmas break was 3 weeks long and it arrived the day that I left so I never had a chance to pick it up at the FedEx office. I tracked the package and apparently it went back where it came from. If you could email me some information about what to do that would be really nice. . . I'm really glad that movie is funded. Don't get me wrong. It would just be cool to get my stuff.
If it's too much trouble, I guess don't bother. Thanks and best wishes.
