ABOUT THE FILM: Giver Taker Heartbreaker is a narrative full length feature film shot independently in NYC. The movie follows a young woman who has difficulty finding a balance between her generous nature and the mentality necessary for survival in the big city. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: In November of 2009, Giver Taker Heartbreaker premiered at the World Film Festival of Bangkok with a running time of 114 minutes. The movie has since been shortened to a much improved rough edit of 89 minutes, however this rough edit still needs work to reach a presentable final cut.

HOW THE FILM MADE IT THIS FAR: I paid for this movie out of own pocket with money I earned from my design service. Other than the actors and a lawyer, I was the only person who worked on this film. The project has been put on hold since some of my equipment stopped working properly.

WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY: The donations will be used for fixing my equipment, finishing the final edit, submitting to a few more festivals, marketing and creating a DVD.
