As of approximately 10 days ago, we have shipped all of the orders for which we have received survey information. That's more than 1500 follow focuses. Whew!

You should have gotten an email letting you know yours has shipped. If you haven't, here is a list of names for all that have been shipped. It's a long list, so maybe use control-f to search the page for your name. If your name's there, your follow focus has shipped. Unfortunately, we can't say which date yours shipped. It's a data-entry error on our part and, sadly, our memories have not proved sound enough to rebuild an accurate record.

If you're not on the list, send me an email at wiley@hondogarage.com to let me know. We'll extract your order from the void and get you on that list.

I'm On the List but I Don't Have It Yet, How Long?
If you're on the list but haven't received yours yet, please note that international shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive and U.S. shipments can take up to 14 days to arrive. It's usually much faster, but there have been a few that took that long.

For U.S. shipments, please contact me if you have not received your follow focus by June 26. Again, the best way to let me know is by emailing me at wiley@hondogarage.com

For International shipments, please contact me if you have not received your package by July 10. Again again, the best way to let me know is by emailing me at wiley@hondogarage.com

A New Baby Gizmo
A lot of you asked for an affordable rails system so we brewed up a new little gizmo we're calling the Barely Rail. It's a minimalist 15mm rails clamp that can attach directly to your camera or QR plate. We're going to start production in about a week, so if you're interested,  check it out on our website and sign up for the waiting list if you think you want one so we have an estimate of how many to make in the first run.

And Finally, A Huge Thank You To Everyone
You are all incredibly awesome. It's been quite an endeavor. We thought we'd be lucky to get to make 200 follow focuses, but thanks to all of you, we got to make more than 2000. Your support allowed us to get some new equipment, a slightly larger space, and has provided the motivation and resources to get to work on some new gizmos. So I'd like to thank you for jumping in and supporting us.

Just a quick update to let everyone know where we stand with follow focus shipments. Generally speaking, we've shipped everything except for about 100 orders with red knobs (see below), custom powder-coated colors, or orders that had an issue of some kind that we're awaiting a response for. A large number of people put down yes for a gear adapter on the survey, but we can't find verification of payment (via kickstarter or the Hondo Garage website). In these cases, Keifer has sent an email seeking clarification.

As the subject line says, we began shipping last Friday. So far we've shipped about 100 of them. We got the all black units in first, so that's what's shipping now. We should have the color parts back from anodizing this week, so no holdups there.

We can assemble, package and ship approximately 100-200 per day right now. You'll get an email from Keifer (keifer@hondogarage.com) when your order ships. We'll also send an update when we think we've got them all out, that way you can let us know if you never got your follow focus (or even an email saying it was shipped.)
