Aaron Silverman is an Oregon food pioneer with nearly 20 years farming experience, and a founder of Creative Growers farm & Greener Pastures Poultry. Morgan Brownlow is an accomplished chef known for his passion for both butchery and curing, as well as the founding executive chef of clarklewis restaurant. Together they created Tails & Trotters as a collaboration to create a premium Northwest prosciutto.
