Big huge thanks to Brooks Benjamin for pledging $50! I know Brooks via the old Film Fights days, and Brooks is a huge inspiration for me... because he's made a feature length, indie, low-budget horror feature. It's called POINT OF FEAR and you should rent it on Netflix, because its really fantastic... it showcases what a talented filmmaker can pull off even on a shoe-string budget. Brooks is someone I look up to because he's actually done it, he's actually pulled off a feature. Someday I hope to make that happen.
Brooks had some great, amazingly nice things to say about the script, here's a snippet: "From a future viewer's standpoint, it has everything a good horror should have- gore, gore, boobs, gore, and loud music. From a tech standpoint, it's got a solid "hero's journey" story in the short 21 page script."
