A native of New York City, I graduated from Parson’s School of Design with a BFA in Fashion before beginning my career in the entertainment industry. But before making the full commitment to pursuing my dreams of rock stardom, I also studied acting and have made appearances on the television series “Project Runway” “Ed” and “Law & Order,” as well as several projects on the MTV Network. I have spent the past few years performing live at some of New York’s greatest music venues, such as Angels & Kings, The National Underground, Arlene’s Grocery and more. 

After recording several demos and my debut album The Best Part of Me, I am excited to announce the release of my 2nd album, When Life Gives You Lemons…, which I recently recorded at the ultra-cool Killingsworth Studios in Los Angeles. 

When Life Gives You Lemons…is acoustically driven, and on it, I am proud to have implemented my new instrument of choice: the ukulele!  The album will drop this Spring...In the meantime, I need to go back to LA to film my first ever music video, produced by my dear friend Courtney Andrialis. The video is for the album’s first single, “When Life Gives You Lemons, You make L.O.V.E.” As we are all aware, in this digital age, having an album is simply not enough to become a successful musician. You need to have as much other material as possible to support an album’s viral campaign, which is why this music video is critical for me to make at this stage. 

I have $1500 so far as my budget…But I really need to raise $2,000 more to make it truly spectacular. Not a lot of money in the grand scheme of video-making. Trust me, I wish I could blow up cars like Kanye West and Jay-Z, but it’s not that kind of party. The concept of my video is to pay homage to iconic 1960s beach party movies, such as “Beach Party Bingo”, “How to Stuff a Wild Bikini” and my favorite Elvis’ “Blue Hawaii”. I’ve been inspired by these movies since I was a little girl and would love to reimagine them as part of my overall vision.

When Life Gives You Lemons…represents the heart and soul of where I am as an artist today, and I would not have been able to get here without all of your support thus far. Every note sung, every word written and every ukulele chord strummed is all for you! Every day is a journey and one never knows what life might bring their way, however I keep pushing towards my sunny dreams. 

In return for helping me reach my goal of only $2,000, I’m offering up some really cool rewards, as listed…With the help from my fans, family and friends, I can be on the beach in 3 weeks from now filming my video and singing my heart out for you!!!  I would be forever grateful and cannot wait for you to be a part of this project with me!
