Hey all, I just wanted to send you an update on where I am with getting this thing done and out to you...

With a new baby and family in town I got slowed down by a couple of days but not to worry.  As of now I have only 3 more pages to draw and about 15 to color.  The latest I want this book to come out is the first week of September since one of the goals of this campaign was to have it for the BALTIMORE COMICON and the SMALL PRESS EXPO so I am making sure to get the book FINISHED and sent off by the weekend of august 10th.

Almost all of you have filled out your surveys which is AWESOME.  if you have yet to do that, please do so, so that when the book comes in it will be easy (albeit time consuming) to address everything and get it off as soon as possible. 

So far I have...

  • the book 85-90% completed (check out the cover drawing attached - sorry it's not colored yet I just finished the drawing an hour ago)
  • 200 Mr Hugz prints here at home base
  • 200 Battle Tusk prints and 250 bookmarks on the way from the printers
  • 115 NOVO books signed and ready to go out

I still need to...

  • Order blank BLACK tee shirts for the Battle tusk tee
  • Draw in more novo books
  • Send the Creators off to print and draw in ALL of those!
  • Send off for banners and signage
  • Hopefully with any remaining money plan a Los Angeles book signing!!!

There's still a lot to do but I seem to be on track.  thanks so much for all of your support.  I must sound like a broken record but I can't stop saying it!
