Bonehead Wing Sauce is the dream of four lifelong friends who want to create, and share their love of chicken wings, and creative cooking with the world!

The original concept was thought up by two dudes in a band, and their lovely partners in crime, eating in local bars between sets. Being subjected to loads of bar food during shows led them to realize that not all wings are created equally. Some are good; few are great; many are downright awful. This is where the light bulbs started popping. What if they created their own line of unique, creative flavors of wing sauces that would appeal to every palate? Could it be done? After many nights and weekends spent holed up in each others' kitchens concocting flavors and conducting numerous taste tests, the fearless foursome somehow found the time to perfect their recipes between playing in their band, being parents, and working their respective full time jobs.

Unique, crave-able, and lip-smackingly good aromas and flavors amassed. Word got out on the sauces, and more and more people were interested. With motivation high, a buzz about the sauce generating, and just the right amount of luck, we set out to find a way to produce these sauces for the world to enjoy. Living in RI, there is a shortage of commercial kitchens, an even shorter shortage of commercial kitchens that have the proper bottling sterilizers, and the shortest of shortages in overall availability. We set out to find our own spot, and after 2 months of searching through location after location, came up short. What sounded too good to be true, was. What looked impossible to be real, was indeed. The bad places? Worse. Until finally we took a different approach and looked into abandoned businesses with the hopes of finding something that would suit our needs to make this happen. 

Finally, we believe we have found just that. The only problem is, the location we found - though half setup to be a fully functioning, commercial kitchen - is just that.... HALF setup.

We are looking to raise a minimum of $8,000 to help offset the expenses that are involved in getting our line of sauces off the ground. This is where you come in. The money raised will help us secure cookware, sterilizers, bottling equipment, etc. as well as contribute to the procuring of licensing and compliance with all health regulations needed to get started. Once all that is in place, we can start bottling our finger-licking good sauces, and begin distributing them to the masses. In addition to this, the space we have found can also serve as a retail location to spread the word even more. Oh, and did we mention that we will be frying wings up in house, and serving them locally? And that many of our recipes are Vegan friendly? The world of chicken wings will never be the same again.

We have already invested much time and energy, enlisting local artists to help with artwork design, advertising, and promotional incentives, and we know we can be a success with your help! If that story didn't entice you how about this...
