Hey, I have the same question as Al and your answer didn't solve it for me, I'd like a tee-shirt sized medium and don't know how to add fitty dollars to my total... without losing my inital reward which is now sold out... i'm a greedy greedy bastard.

How can I change my reward selection?
Visit the project page and click “Manage Your Pledge.” To change your reward, make a new selection. Note that changing your reward selection does not automatically change your pledge amount.
