Market starts on May 3rd!
ALRIGHT! Market starts in just nine days, and thanks to you, we will finally get to share blackheart bagels with all of Portland.
Today, we conducted so much business, Jen had to wear ten ties. Boo-yah!
We were able to purchase a tent and tables for farmers market, as well as much flour, various tubs and knives, and many other important bagel-items.
Yay!
Tomorrow, Bethany will begin baking a final "test-run" of twelve-and-a-half-dozen bagels! It is going to be the greatest. If you need to put in a bagel order, we are pretty sure that, sadly, we cannot eat all those bagels ourselves. Thanks again! Only a few more pledges left until the final goal.
