drunk and horny played an excellent show last night at carlys bistro. we should be getting some money from that soon.

ryan "horny" avery has been saving all of his tips from work over at tammie coe cakes and will be putting them into the kickstarter as well.

andrew "drunk" jemsek has been plugging the kickstarter everywhere he plays around phoenix (which is almost every single night)

we made flyers, we spam our friends and family on the internet, on facebook, on message boards....

we sent out a "press release"/letter to the new times begging them to help us.

we have one maybe two more gigs before the deadline. one is at space 55 at their "7 minutes under the mistletoe" show. we will be performing our christmas song(s) and spamming the audience for 7 minutes.

then we might have one more gig at carlys next week. make sure you "like" our band on facebook to find out when cause it will most likely be a last minute sort of thing.

the only other things we can think of doing is asking you wonderful people who have already pledged your hard earned money towards us to tell your friends and family and rich people you know about this. tell them about all the cool and neat things they get as a reward for pledging and all the wonderful things andrew and ryan have done do they feel good about supporting a band with such a crass name. or maybe you could raise the amount you have pledged. maybe an extra $10-$20-$50 wouldnt hurt you that much and maybe it would get you even more rewards that you want.

either way. we love you and thank you so much for donating. and even if this doesnt work out we want to still personally call and thank each and every one of you. its the least we can do.

we are so thankful for the money that has been donated to the cause! But we have roughly 1 more month left and a lot more money to go!

so please any suggestions on how to get more people to pledge and how to spread the word more would be so awesome.

we hope to make a bunch of money for the project tomorrow night at our christmas album release show

Drunk and Horny has been trying to sell their bodies to people on the street to raise money for the project...They have been unsuccessful.

It's been just over 3 days now and no one has contributed even $1. which leaves us wondering... whats wrong? Are the rewards not good enough? Are all of our friends and family so poor that they cant throw a few bucks our way to help us achieve our dreams?

We played a show last night at The Film Bar in downtown Phoenix, AZ. It was dark, the audience was sparse but we stole their hearts and the show.

Our friend Eli Kluger took a video of one of our songs.

We showed the kickstarter video for this project and everyone loved it. Laughs were had by all, but still no one has contributed.

So we have organized a benefit show for ourselves. Friday, November 25th at Funny World. It will also be the release show of our digital christmas album.

So, if you want to help support the cause but don't care at all about kickstarter or the amazing rewards we have prepared for backers. Just come to this show and give us some money.
