Kickstarter

This is 65 is a collective of comics and short films from the mind of Baltimore artist Jonathan Eaton.  The funds from this kickstarter will go towards creating exclusive new merchandise from the comics This is 65 (thisis65.com), Day Job (dayjobcomic.com) and from This is 65 Films (website coming!)

If we reach our goal of $500 we'll be able to publish a compilation of the best This is 65 comics.  The book will be approximately 6x9 inches and will feature many recent color strips as well as some older strips that have been rescued from the banality of black and white!

If we reach our goal and then some, the next step will be to bring you a 72 page omnibus of Day Job.  The book will be 8.5x11 inches, full color and will feature chapters 1 through 6 of Day Job as well as some bonus content!

Beyond that there are plans for even more exciting stuff, like a DVD of short films including extra content like outtakes, behind the scenes material and commentaries!  There's also the possibility of t-shirts and prints down the road!

Wow! So we reached our goal of $500, that's incredible!  I want to thank everyone who has pledged, you are the best!  The BEST, did you hear me?!

So here's where we are.  As of now we can get the following merchandise made:
-8 1/2 x 11 inch 24 page This is 65 Coloring Book of Awesome Things! featuring new artwork! Not only is this full of awesome things, but they're %100 little kid appropriate without compromising hilarity, like a Pixar film!
-BUTTONS! (5 new designs)
-Postcards (2 new designs)
-Stickers (1 new design)

That's a LOT of stuff!!  But here's the thing, after getting prices for everything and talking to the printer, the color comic book is still out of our price range.  We'll need to raise at least another $500.  Which you know what?  We can totally do that!  I've added 2 more incenitive levels to check out, and if you haven't pledged yet, why not pledge 5 bucks?  I did some math (it was hard for me) and if everyone who "likes" the comic on Facebook alone pledged 5 bucks we'd get that thing printed and then some.  There's still time!
