My Dear Backers! It is great to be in touch with you all again! I am really happy to let you know that; I am leaving for Kuala Lumpur within next 8 hrs! Finally taking off. It took me much more time to establish all necessary contacts in KL. I thought it would have been easier, but it wasn’t! But the good news is, I am meeting UNHCR tomorrow, right after I land in KL. Then on the 28th I am meeting another NGO. From both of them I expect to have a briefing session that should help me to understand the situation in KL. The NGO "Partners in Enterprise" has promised me to introduce me with the community. I have also got two local photographer’s contact that would help me to get in. As I mentioned earlier, in this first trip, I would use my time more on knowing people than on taking pictures. I would try to develop a deep and trustworthy relationship with the community. And I hope to find some representing characters for the story. Within next one week or so, we would start sending you the gifts, Shohan, my assistant is working to organize everything on that. Once I start working in Kuala Lumpur, I hope to give you another update. I am sure then I would have much more stories to share. Till then take care, and thanks again for making it happen! Best Omi
