We'd like to create a documentary video series of the most exciting presentations and moments from the 2011 IndieCade Festival and Conference (October 6-9), the "Sundance of videogames." More about the conference can be found here: http://www.indiecade.com/

The talks at IndieCade are some of the most entertaining, passionate talks in games. But not everyone is able to come see them. By videotaping the talks and posting them online we'll provide indie gamers living on ramen access to a diet of nutritious talks from their secret hideaways in remote corners of the world. Help us share the talks – and the love – globally!

This year we have an amazing lineup. Confirmed speakers include Tracy Fullerton, Casey Reas, Jonathan Blow, Adam Saltsman, Steve Swink, Robert Hodgin, and Brenda Brathwaite. Smart people with a lot of smart things to say. By helping us video-document the conference you'll gain access to everything (at a pledge level of $25 or more). And even if you're planning on attending, the conference is double-track, so you're bound to miss something – that is, unless you become a backer...

Hiring videographers, getting the proper AV setup for recording all of the sessions and distributing the videos online is a pretty costly endeavor. Everything we raise will go towards supporting this effort – sharing the most insightful and inspiring talks and conversations about game design with game makers worldwide.
