Hello! I'm Patricia Morrissey, and I'm a woman with a dream...
Cheesecake brings a smile to everyone's face. I am so passionate about cheesecakes, that I enjoy them whether I am in jeans or in a gown. Cheesecakes are a universally delicious desert; enjoyed at home in front of a good book or movie or at an elegant 5 star restaurant. They can be served plain or mixed with spices, fruit or savory elements and although there is evidence that cheesecakes have been around for thousands of years, I'm planning on bringing a whole new dimension to this classic favorite with the Ultimate Sin Cheesecake Company!
My professional background has been in the high-tech industry with an emphasis on advertising, marketing and sales. But like so many others in my field, I have grown tired of the oversaturated market and want to venture out into a new endeavor where I can utilize my skills in an area that I am truly passionate about!
I have had the extreme good fortune of meeting a chef who has developed his own line of amazing cheesecake recipes and together we are planning to make these cheesecakes... the ULTIMATE SIN CHEESECAKES, available to anyone who wants the indulge in their amazing flavors.
This is where you all come in! With your help, the funds we raise here on Kickstarter will go to help us afford our commercial kitchen, hire another chef to help with the baking, expand and develop our website http://www.ultimatesincheesecakes.com and allow us the spread the word about how incredibly wonderful and delicious our Ultimate Sin Cheesecakes are!
