I want to take this 2 dimensional dragon an turn it into an outdoor 3d sculpture !0 feet tall.
I learned Neon bending at the UCSD craft center ,And now am ready to turn my Small dragon into a lifesize sculpture ,I first plan to build a frame out of metal .( I am also skilled in welding )an then to attach the neon to it ,i will also need to build packing crates so it can be transported to different locations,
