13th Floor Dance Theater:  Bloomsbury/It's Not Real at ODC Theater April 26-29

What's 13th Floor up to now?  Rehearsing Jenny McAllister's outrageous exploration of what a Reality Show would look like in 1922 - featuring the literary and artistic genius of the legendary Bloomsbury Group.  The audience is the camera, the editing is in real time, the art is fabulous and the romance is... complicated.

We've got 10 amazing performers taking on the characters of Virginia Woolf, Lytton Strachey, Duncan Grant, Vanessa Bell and more...intrigue, dangerous parlor games, love triangles and biting wit!  Lush, sensual choreography mixed with hilarious and heartbreaking dialog by Kim Green and gorgeous visual design by Delayne Medoff.  Who could ask for more?

Well...we could.  We're asking for your help. 13th Floor has received some funding from The Zellerbach Family Foundation, and  a little help from ODC Theater, but we are still coming up short - the large funders like Zellerbach and ODC are feeling the pinch, and it's passed on to the little guys like us.

They inspire and challenge me every rehearsal - despite the small amount they are paid.  But you can do something about that!
