Ever since my time in the military I have found creating salsa quite enjoyable.  After becoming bored with the traditional recipies, I tried experimenting combining diverse ingredients to ignite the taste buds.  That is where Fusion Salsas was born.

Every ingredient is 100% organic and locally grown where possible.  Great pride goes into every batch and I am ready to take my salsas to the next level.  The end goal is to lease a spot at Eastern Market in Detroit and to set up a web space for more distant orders.  I also fully intend on donating a portion of every order to various veteran's programs.

Current salsa blends include:

Mango Habenero - Classic that is loved by all, but full of flavor.
Chocolate Bacon - Combines the heat of the peppers with the saltiness of bacon and smooth, mellow dark chocolate. (Surprisingly delicious)
Avocado Pepper - Very green and great mixes of flavors.
Pineapple Habenero - Excellent for a summer BBQ or even on the steak itself. Asian Zing - Mint and coriander stimulate the senses.
Darkhorse Blend - Hot as the sun, but you won't be able to put it down. Kickstarter Blend - Your classic salsa, but with a flavor overhaul.

Each salsa can be tailored to your desired heat level. From extra mild to extremely hot (Ghost and Naga Viper peppers)
