the work on the album in Nashville went great. big thanks to Dewey and Ethan for working so hard. i am heading back to the studio today to nail down the final product, then its off to duplication. i am very excited for you to hear this record. it's only a short while before it'll be in your hands and your speakers. thanks for all the support and encouragement

the last day...

i'm chillin' for a few moments this morning before i venture to the studio for the last day of tracking. that seems surreal. this has been a long time coming, and its worth all the time, energy, money that its taken to get here. just a few last minute touches today, and the rough mixes are off to Nashville this week to be mastered and ready for duplication. i sincerely appreciate all of your encouragement through the process. i feel like this is the best music i've ever put out, hopefully you will too. 

  i'm still nailing down the final artwork and i'll share that with the backers soon. and as soon as the album is mastered and back in my hands, i'll get it to you.

  excited, humbled and blessed...

you did it! the goal was met! i can't say thank you enough for helping me make this album a reality. as we're in the final days of the recording process, i get more and more excited about getting these new tunes out to you. you're gonna love this record, i promise...

we still have about a day left, so if you know anybody else who wants in on a sure thing, please pass this along. i'll be keeping you updated as we move into the Nashville part of the process, and then the production/duplication. as soon as the artwork is finalized, i'll post a preview of that as well.

in the studio right now. we're tracking the final vocals and a few add-on parts here and there, but we're virtually done on this end. next step is the mastering in Nashville, and then it'll be coming your way. i am so pleased with every area of this record, and its rare that i can say that. i believe you're gonna enjoy the new tunes. even as we mix down songs, i am still humbled by all of my talented friends that helped out on this album. hopefully, you will become fans of their art as much as i am.

 very soon, i'll be posting a preview of the album artwork. this is sweet! thanks again for all your support and encouragement. i am blown away everyday.

   off to make the music happen...
