"Balls to the Wall" is an anthology that is a result of the combined efforts of some starry-eyed art students with a passion for comics. From sci-fi to horror, from fantasy to "funny pages" comic strips, all of the contributing artists have a unique story and style to contribute.

Aside from getting our art out to the world in a fun and interactive manner, this project is meant to be a learning experience for all of us. Completely self-driven, we hope to gain more insight into the comic creation experience and self-motivation, as well as evolve as artists and storytellers.

The funds we hope to raise with Kickstarter will cover the cost of printing, as well as a table, room, and board at a small convention where we hope to sell. We are simply trying to raise the bare minimum to cover our costs, that way we can still afford ramen noodles and get this project off the ground. Any extra funds raised will go toward publishing a second anthology where more artists will be added and hopefully higher quality publishing will be available.

MORE ABOUT PRIZES (in order of monetary value.)

1. For donations of $1+, you will receive a warmhearted "thank you." We will have a small section of the book with a "thank you" chapter in which your names (or online monikers) will be listed.

2. For donations of $5+, you will receive an exclusive desktop wallpaper featuring some of the participating artist's work.

3. For donations of $10+, we will send you a full color PDF of the comic anthology.

4. For donations of $15+, you will recieve a digital sketch of anything (within reason) from one of the artists working on the comic.

5. For donations of $25+, a drawing of you by Terra (lovelyfacecomics.webstarts.com) will be put in the "thank you" section of the book. You will also recieve a black and white copy of the comic itself.

6. For donations of $25+, you will receive an 11x14 mini-poster signed by the artists. You will also recieve a monthly wallpaper for a whole year! That's 12 wallpapers and 12 exclusive pieces of work right there.

7. For donations of $75+, you will recieve an original, commissioned piece of artwork (9x12) from one of the artists. This will be done in the medium of their choice (ink, watercolor, or copic marker.) You will also recieve a copy of Terra's comic, "Starmonica" (lovelyfacecomics.webstarts.com)

8. For donations of $100+, you will recieve full colored commissioned artwork from all four of the project heads involved in "Balls to the Wall" (Terra, Daniel, Reanna, and Catherine) in their medium of choice (traditional work of 9x12, or digital work of 11x14.)

9. For donations of $250 or more, we will record ourselves doing an interperative dance to "Big Spender" from Sweet Charity, dedicated entirely to you, and then send it to you. We will also give you a limited edition, full color, hard-cover copy of the book.

10. For donations of OVER 9000!, Daniel, Reanna, and Terra will arrive at your residence with cookies and lemonade and perform an interperative dance to a song of your choosing right there on the spot.
