Dear supporters and potential patrons, 

I’ve had a great Memorial Day weekend of writing, relaxing and gratitude. You all have pledged 70% of my goal IN THE FIRST WEEK! I’m thrilled that there’s so much interest for this story, and humbled that you’re extending yourselves to help me in its presentation. 

I mentioned in the last update that should your pledges exceed my goal (and I’ll be over the moon if they do!), I plan on using the abundance toward promotion for the book. If the fund were to REALLY grow, maybe even a new CD of songs to accompany the book. And if not, I can use extra funds to record demos of the new songs, at the very least. So please know that every dollar of your donation will go towards the book and it’s promotion, be it promotion of the book through social media once it’s published, or promotion through an accompanying musical CD.  I feel good today, knowing you’re here with me.
