Earthwise Gardens & Produce is an organic produce company and urban farming initiative that focuses on advancing the local food movement in the North Texas area.

Your support through Kickstarter will help fund a series of four slow food feasts, “Dinner in the Garden,” including: commercial kitchen rentals, place settings, and additional catering supplies. As well, we will partner with Denton-area chefs and food stylist Alyssa Jerrell to make the dinners delicious and beautiful. All ingredients for the menus will be organic and come from farms within a 100-mile radius of Denton. Dinners will be held in one of Earthwise’s urban gardens, ten minutes from our city’s town square.

“Dinner in the Garden” is an opportunity for our community to enjoy real, good food at its source. The dinners will feature seasonal vegetables and fruits; the menus with change from fall to spring. Earthwise is excited to showcase the flavors of our North Texas food shed, while highlighting the importance of sustainable farming.
