Bike powered sound system + Veggie Van + Music from the revolution + YOU = Melodeego's F@#!< FOSSIL FUELS tour. Powered by the people!

Melodeego is going to show the world that we don’t need dirty, dangerous fossil fuels to do a major rock tour!

Our new record “Fear Them Not” has just been released and we are taking our new music to the streets. We’ll convert a van to run on waste veggie grease and build up our bike-powered sound system to rock harder and louder than ever before. This is going to be a clean energy statement that cannot be ignored!

That's right, if you don't know us already, we use a bike-powered sound system to power our music!

With your support, and the help of our dear friend and brilliant inventor Sean Stevens, we're going to create an even bigger and more impressive system so this tour can truly be POWERED BY THE PEOPLE!  In the spirit of standing up to the big oil and gas corporations that are threatening our planet and the people on it, we’re calling the tour “F@#$ FOSSIL FUELS!” 

Thanks to your generous support last November we were able to bring our bike-powered show and clean energy message to Occupy camps from Vermont to DC and participate in the incredible Tar Sands Action at the White House. We did this all through kickstarter.com, and our friends and fans really stepped up. Thank you!

Our plans for the F@#$ Fossil Fuels tour are much bigger. We want to play bigger bike-powered shows, show up to more protests and actions, and make a powerful impact on the people we meet. We need your help again to make this happen, and we’re so excited to involve you in a big way!

  • I don't have an amazon account and can't figure out how to make a payment!!

    Here's the scoop with the payment. You need to set up an amazon account to make a payment. The reason for this is that amazon payments are the only company right now that allows for kickstarters unique "all or nothing" payment system where you don't get charged anything unless we meet our goal.

    SO:
    if you are willing to set up an amazon account, click "continue to amazon" and then sign in as a new customer. That's the "Next Page", that the site is referring to. It's definitely confusing, so thanks for your patience!
