Our dream is to source the best cacao beans on the planet and produce amazing chocolate. Our team has enjoyed dedicating the last 3 years to refining our chocolate-making process.
We have reached a point where we need to boost our efficiency to profitably produce the volume required for store shelves. The main objective of this Kickstarter project is to upgrade our tempering machine and grinder. Your generosity will enable us purchase this essential commercial machinery.

Well, we'll begin with our lack of sleep. Starting a chocolate factory from scratch definitely has its long nights. With that out of the way now, the praise and demand for our Hawaiian chocolate has been increasing exponentially and our current machines and equipment have their limits...that's why it's time to get some funding and upgrade so we meet growing demand and share our chocolate with a broader audience, which includes our Kickstarter donors.

All Manoa Chocolate bars are gluten free and some have dairy. Any bar that is 72% does not have milk powder. All the bars in the 60-66% have some milk powder in them.
