Slicing and wrapping the banana bread expands our customer base and the van takes us there!.

TOP BANANA needs bunches of help! Havana Banana Breads is a fabulous manufacturing facility in Annapolis.  Imagine Tommy Bahama crashing his plane and landing on Gilligans Island. This is what this 3,000 sq. ft. facility looks like, yet functional in every way. Our oven is known as "The Beast" and my two very large industrial mixers are painted coral and caribbean blue.

We only make banana breads-that's it. OK, our flavors are: Original...Roasted Pecan Praline (TB makes his own pralines, no really) ...Chocolate Chunk-what!!!! Smores-Top Banana, stop toying with me and Dark Chocolate Chunk with Sweet Coconut.

AND, AND TB also makes a once-a-month specialty banana breads such as the Cherry Blossom Banana Bread-cherries and white chocolate or the "I Love America/Red White and Blue" Banana Bread: RED Cherries (or strawberries, White chocolate and Blueberries (from Maine).

We have huge capacity and seeing a bright future, I went big when I set the business up. The facility is fully outfitted. Since we opened in October 2007, my VP of Sales,Glen-aka, Baby Banana and I routinely make calls on businesses that love our product but really would like to sell them sliced and wrapped. Because we just signed on with a food distributor, they also agreed this would help our sales in their large network of food businesses. This slicing and wrapping machine will expand our capabilities to meet the demands of this segment of the market.  Additionally, the van will help us at local farmers markets and deliveries as well as being a mobile advertising medium for the business-especially when it's painted yellow with palm treee, bananas and my great logo.
