A new NSF certified brick oven is needed in order to bake pizzas on the farm!
We host a weekly brick oven pizza night on our 10 acre farm in Northfield, Minnesota. We make the dough from scratch and use our pesticide-free produce to top the pizzas. Locals and visitors enjoy eating pizza picnic style during the seasonal months. We need to update our kitchen and purchase a new brick oven to continue our business. Please help us raise $7000 (or more!) to purchase a new brick oven that will be NSF approved and cook 4-5 pizzas at a time. This will speed up pizza nights significantly as our original oven can cook just 2 pizzas at a time.

We have overcome the most difficult part of our business, which is to obtain a conditional use permit to operate our business at our farm. From here on out, we will be working with our county and the state to get our kitchen construction complete. We feel very good about the future of our business!
