WHO? Reign Lee (of Hong Kong) and Melissa Cox (of Denver, CO), two fearless singer/songwriters and entrepreneurs, wow crowds with their powerful vocals, addictive melodies, and provocative lyrics. Weaving effortlessly between rock, alternative, New Folk, roots, progressive and World, Melissa and Reign serve up a multi-cultural, multi-genre performance that takes listeners on a sonic roller coaster ride.
WHEN? The tour will take place approximately April 1 through 17, 2011.
WHERE? Reign and Melissa will hit five states on their tour: Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Nevada.
WHY? A message from Reign & Melissa: "We're doing this tour to show that it can be done, and to testify that the independent musician revolution is alive and growing. Through this tour, we want to serve as positive role models for girls, women, and aspiring musicians, and show them that if they take control of their lives, they can accomplish anything. Most of all, we're doing this tour for the music and for our beloved fans."
HOW? YOU can help make our tour a success by donating, thus dramatically reducing the expenses of the tour, which include plane tickets, gas, food, hotels, instrument maintenance & insurance, vehicle maintenance, road side assistance, promotion, advertising, public relations, and ridiculous amounts of strong coffee.
