"The Cure All Blues" - a film-noir student thesis film seeks funding to make this raw student film in to a polished short film!
Hello Everyone,
My name is Brad DiPietro and I'm in the final pre-production stage of my school film "The Cure All Blues." This a stylish thriller/noir that tells the story of Derin, an illegal immigrant who is desperate to save his sickly and dying wife. When a sleazy coworker offers him an opportunity to save his wife's life, Derin must compromise his morals and make his first choice in the film.
When he accepts his coworker's offer he is thrust into an even more harrowing and dangerous situation that forces Derin to make several more moral choices that will have deadly results for all involved.
The film location is locked; the actors are cast; the crew is ready to go and our spirits are high. But we are still missing some key funds to pay some key crew, accommodate the actors, rent some special equipment and provide transportation.
