Upcoming Appearances
Hi All!
I just wanted to let you know that the Calendar is about 5 days away from going to the printers! Preview photos are right around the corner and the media blitz is beginning. Some quick announcements:
1) Chloe and Dodger will be on the Nerdist's TV show on BBC America Saturday July 28th at 9pm and if everything goes as planned - the Women of Geekdom will be mentioned! Not only that, but we also sent them preview photos so it will be the first "Official" look at the photo shoot in June! There is a chance the mention may have been cut but I wanted to give you a heads up as we know Chloe name dropped it a few times and was asked for photos, but you never know with TV. *fingers crossed*
2) Dragon*Con. As some of you may or may not know, many of our participants are rabid Dragon*Con attendees. Not only are we attendees but we are frequent guests on panels. This year, not only will be on panels (and if we work the phones right we will have a Women of Geekdom panel) we are also going to be giving away a few Calendars at our appearances!
That's right, we have quite a few of the ladies that will be here this year. Currently confirmed are: Laura, Dash, Stormy, Sandy, Jenna, Chloe and Myself! If you want to meet some of us and maybe get your hands on a Calendar early - make sure to come to Dragon*Con! It's the weekend of Aug 31st - Sept 3rd.
Additionally we're also going to have a Women of Geekdom/Shauncastic! Dinner at Max Lagers Saturday September 1st in Downtown Atlanta for fans of either projects so check it out and come meet some of us! We do this every year and it's always a blast. More info as we work out the exact time.
3) Shauncastic 100: August 8th will be Shauncastic's 100th episode. We've worked really hard to put together a fun show and I would be remiss if I didn't mention it here. Many of the Women of Geekdom will be on the show so make sure to give it a listen! New Segments and awesome stuff is in the pipeline so check it out! Also, we are accepting questions to ask me for the 100th episode so if there is something you'd like to know about me, this project or whatever, post it here or email me at stuff@shauncastic.com!
4) Release Party: We are still working on this but sometime this fall in Los Angeles will be the official release party where you can come out and meet us if you didn't get a chance at Dragon*Con. Think of Dragon*Con as our "Preview Party" and the LA Appearance to be the Official "Release Party". We're thinking sometime in October but it's not set in stone yet. More info to come!

You can see it via iTunes - just set up a US account and buy a prepaid iTunes card (10$ is more then enough) and you are all ready to go :)
