Hello All, thanks for checking out our project!

We are very excited to announce our return to the studio to record our first full length album! That is...if we can afford it. Friends, family, fans, internet, we need your help to make it happen.

So you’d probably like to know who we are, huh?

As a group over the years we’ve gone by many names.  But hey, for now you can just call us Josh, Dan, Clemens and Aaron.  This is what we sound like:

Since recording our beloved Hands’ EP, we’ve been scattered all around the country (and we’re no good at long distance relationships). Over the past year, we have been sending songs back and forth, recording trans-continental demos and dreaming up ways to get back together and play. Fortunately, that hard work has paid off! With a little help from our friends, we’ve lined up a way to record these songs, old and new, all together in one place. We’ll be recording at Substation Studio (a super cool renovated train station in the Berkshires) and working with producer Robby Baier for an entire month! By some time in the winter of 2012/13, you’ll be able to hold a beautifully finished slab of vinyl filled to the brim with our hard work, and songs. You can also expect a supporting tour in early 2013.

Here’s where you come in. (We’re going to ask for money)

Don’t worry, it’ll be quick and painless.

As you could probably guess, recordin’ ain’t cheap! Naturally, since this project represents a major opportunity for us, we want the record to sound great. So far we have the tools to make that possible, but many obstacles stand in our way. To achieve the “sound” we’re looking for, we’ll be working almost exclusively with vintage analog equipment. This means tapes, tubes and a whole lot of inevitable repair. Not to mention, much of the necessary equipment is currently on the other side of the country! So, on top of studio, living, and mastering expenses, we are faced with these issues and countless others that have yet to rear their ugly heads. With your help, we’ll be able to put some of those fears aside and focus on putting out a great record for your enjoyment!

Our love and gratitude (plus tons of cool rewards that you’ll actually care about)! Seriously, though, we want to make it clear that absolutely every penny will be appreciated and treated with the utmost respect (we won’t respect anything smaller than a penny, however). Nothing will be wasted.
