Kimcheelicious is 31.5% on the way with 27 more days to go! Can you beat that? This pink radish kimchi (bun-hong kkakdugi) is fermented with cubed Korean radish (muu), sliced beets, orange rind and apples. It's one of the very American kimchi recipes that will be in my eCookbook. Thanks again to all of you and please get the word out there.
