CAPS is the story of an underfunded and unloved children's department of a public library, and the four employees who keep the department running. It is a fast-paced satire that deals with library budgets, censorship, and the employee's quirky interpersonal conflicts. The five episodes are less than 10 minutes each. Here's what Dylan and Erin are going to do with the funds:
