Hey fans and possible backers,

First and foremost, this is not going to be an online flash based game.  It'll be on the same quality level as old Lucas Arts adventure games.  It'll most likely be sold through Steam and direct download after it's release.

That being said, I've been tossing this idea back and forth in my head for quite some time now, and finally got to work on it in May of 2011.  The idea is to have a download-able game in the series of Reincarnation on the scale of such classics as the Monkey Island series, Sam and Max Series and just about any Lucas Arts adventure game.

I've done a kickstarter project in the past to get dolls made of Vile the demon character from the game, and it was very successful. Therefore, I felt I'd give it another try with this project.

So, the idea behind this project is that I'll be having a downloadable game in the Reincarnation series which I'll be able to sell on the internet.  The game will be a much longer and a more entertaining version of what I've been making for free.  I'm planning on having over 50+ scenes to explore, a wide selection of characters to interact with in hell and on earth, different Reincarnies to find, and a wide array of silly puzzles to figure out in-order to finish your quest. 

• Each character will be fully voiced. 
• Each level will be beautifully rendered.
• Characters will have plenty of animations for all their actions.
• 2D + 3D cut scenes.

Reincarnation Series:

It was originally going to be an online comic, but I wanted to make it interactive.  So, I looked to the inspiration of my love for classic adventure quest games.  Hence, I merged the two ideas to finally release a free point & click game on 10/29/2008 called Reincarnation:  A Demon's Day Out.  It started getting a lot of good feedback and some followers which made me want to make another one.  Then another.  And Another.  And so on...  Now with 10+ free games circling the internet, I feel it's time I release a mega game!

The Root of All Evil will have over 4 hours of game play if you are really good (or using a walkthrough) and answer a lot of questions about the world that Vile lives in.  The story begins after Vile wakes up from a wild, partying bender and finds Hell to not be as he had left it.  It won't be nessicary to have played any of the previous games, but if you want to they are all free at the below link:

Why should I give you any money for this game?

Good question!  I have been doing game design since 2005 with my first release of Griswold the Goblin.  So far, all my games have been free for anyone to play on internet.  I've released over 15 Point and Click adventure games and several other well received genres as well.

If you are or have ever been a fan of point and click adventures, this is the project you want to support.  It'll contain all the great humor you would expect from a game of this genre, but it will have a dark twist!

Things to expect from the game you help produce:

• Highly animated intros, cut-scenes, and other graphics.
• Well thought out puzzles ranging from easy to difficult.
• Four (4) chapters to explore.
• Tons of jokes.
• Unlockable achievements.
• Hours of game-play with save/load features.

• Excellent voice acting.
