Pre-Production Begins!
Okie dokie, gang! Here we go! Most of the donations have been received by Amazon payments. It takes 2 weeks for them to be disbursed, but that doesn't mean I'm sitting on my hands! Oh, no.
Today I filed papers to incorporate Siv-Art Productions as an honest to goodness company in the state of California! This is really exciting. I've been making entertainment under the name "Siv-Art Productions" since I was in High School, and for it now to have cause to be an actual company?? Thrilling! What a huge step!
Tomorrow we're having auditions for the role of Piper Tate (obviously, I'll be playing The Inspector, and my writing partner Eric Loya will be playing Boyish the Extraordinary). We're only calling in 8 or 9 actresses who we already know and whose work we love. Any of them would be great as Piper. It'll really just be a matter of finding the one who just... fits. I'll let you know more when I know!
We're also starting to assemble the crew, and start some design work. Once we have our Piper, Jonny Eveson will start to work on his original poster design. We've got costumers and prop makers, web designers and artists gearing up to bring this script to life!

Keep an eye out for requests for information via the Kickstarter page. Not having used Kickstarter before, I'm not sure what it'll look like, but I'll be needing addresses, email, etc, so I can send out your perks.
