I love you all.

I am currently at the University of Iowa Writers Workshop for three weeks, since I was accepted to a fiction program here (an amazing opportunity!), and I think about this project daily, and all my backers constantly. Being an independent artist is hard, but I think what drives people to do it, and then to keep doing it, is the outrageous belief that in the end, you're doing what you love and so the road will rise up to meet you. And it's up, meeting me now, again and again like a trampoline.

Thank you so much to all of you, and to Kickstarter, and to everyone who's read the zine or listened to the podcast and reached back to me to say thanks. You are THE reason why I try, and why I've ever tried, why I ever started pasting words on paper in the first place.
