First and foremost I want to thank everyone for viewing the Mypadlife page and video on Kickstarter…

The Mypadlife expands the iPad experience and allows you to take it to places and use it in ways that you always wanted to but were never able to before.  This is a uniquely designed case that can finally keep up with your imagination.  Just choose the right straps, put them on the case in any position you like, and use your iPad in all new ways.  Be sure to Watch the Video!

The Mypadlife is constructed on a hard plastic shell and wrapped in a premium nylon material that provides a look of carbon fiber.  The interior is a soft suede-like material to ensure your iPad is not only protected on the outside but also free from scratches on the inside.

Since you, like myself, probably don’t like taking your iPad out of its everyday case, the Mypadlife was designed with elastic sides to easily fit your iPad + OEM case (as well as other iPad cases) and arranged to ensure you have full access to your volume, on/off buttons, headphone jack, and camera lens.  The case was designed to fit either a first of second generation iPad.

The Mypadlife was created with several sets of “notches” and “slits” that ensure you can arrange the straps in different orientations for any unique situation.  The straps are created out of the same neoprene material that is used on countless iPod and iPod Nano cases. 

Every Mypadlife comes with:

•       2 pairs of straps that are 48 inches and 36 inches long (4 straps total).
•       1 strap that is 18 inches long.  

The longest length was designed to go around something larger like exercise equipment, the medium sized to go around things like car headrests and tray tables on airplane seats, and the shortest is for hanging your iPad in the kitchen, on the wall, and whatever else you can dream up!

So here is where you come in.  I have recently left my job to pursue my entrepreneurial interests, and the Mypadlife is my first venture.  This has been, without a doubt, the most exciting period of my life.   My next project is an online educational tool to empower our youth and help them follow their dreams, as well as generate their own income. Meanwhile, it takes a tremendous amount of resources to manufacture and distribute a product like this.  I am hoping that everyone will contribute to the project and help me realize my dreams, while offering you something incredibly useful.  By pledging $25, you are pre-ordering your own Mypadlife, for delivery by June 2011, and expanding the way you use your iPad.
