As our first project together as bang~a~rang we (Ross Travis and Hannah Gaff) are creating a kick-butt street show for San Francisco. One of our primary goals as a new performance company is to work towards sustainability by seeking opportunities that allow us to thrive as professional performers. In order to accomplish this goal we are embracing the San Francisco (and gypsy) tradition of street performance! Our show incorporates eccentric characters, acrobatics, loud music, chaos and slapstick! We are currently rehearsing 18-20 hours a week (unpaid) and plan to hit the streets within a month. However, in order to become sustainable we need a little dough to get us started! We are looking for funding for a wireless PA system, costumes, props, and rehearsal space in addition to transportation costs. We are also taking a class on grants funding!

Once bang~a~rang starts busking (street performing) weekly we will be on our way to funding our company! We hope to start some major projects in the coming year! Pretty please help us get started!
