The Pikes Peak Community Cupboard is excited to welcome and introduce the Colorado Springs Community Alliance, a new non-profit organization created  in and for Colorado Springs.  Together, we are hosting an end of summer community potluck dinner on September 25th! 

This outdoor dinner is open to any resident of Colorado Springs, but space will be limited!  This is going to be fun, and it's up to all of us to make this a success, an unconditional, mutual gift to one another.  This is a fully community-powered event.  We will each be responsible for the amazing turn out!

How can you be involved? 

1.  Make a donation.  Anyone who donates $10 or more is guaranteed a ticket to the dinner limited to space available.  There will be an RSVP for non-donors for the remaining space.  See the other rewards for participation. 

ONE TICKET ENTITLES YOU TO BRING UP TO 3 GUESTS.  We will be in contact with you to find out how many tickets you will require.  Please don't reserve more than necessary, as the remaining tickets will be added to the RSVP for non-donors.

Anyone can make a donation, whether you live in Colorado Springs or beyond.  Just let us know if you will be not using the reward ticket, as we will put it into the general RSVP to give more seats to non-donors here.

What is your donation for?  We would like to provide a venue, live music, beer, wine and other beverages, as well as any of the needed items like tables, cloths, place settings and decor. 

2.  Make a dish!  What are the requirements?  Your dish should be made with local and seasonal foods.  We are looking to raise the bar, get creative and share our recipes with one another.

3.  Donate needed items:  A list will be provided in the coming days.  Currently, we're looking to enhance the rewards for donations with community-offered items.  If anyone would like to donate beer, wine or other non-alcoholic beverages, condiments, etc.  Contact Wendy, info@cscommunityalliance.org if you can make a gift-in-kind.

4.  Are you a local band?  We're looking for someone who would like to provide entertainment for our event. 

To Be Announced:  Time & Location:  We are still searching for the perfect location. Ideally, a farm/ranch setting would be best.  We will update as soon as the location is set.
