For over 37 years Officer Byrd a real life blue and gold Macaw ( parrot ) who became a Los Angeles Police Officer in 1977 has been entertaining and teaching children about protection and safety with his partner Officer Mike, (been a Police Officer since 1970). Officer Byrd roller skates, rides a bike, and drives his own  police car and does many more stunts to get the attention of the kids.

 Officer Byrd has been seen on TV all over the world, He’s been on many numerous talk shows, children shows, and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, For being the only Police Bird in the world, , also has been seen in England, Japan and China. Back in the 80’s they even did a stint on Saturday Night Live about Byrd. Officer Byrd has his own children's book. He has received over 1 million letters from children and parents and had his own safety club for the kids to join and know about protecting themselves.

 Now it's time for an Animation movie, The Adventures Of Officer Byrd. The movie would be about Byrd that leaves the jungles of South America with the help of his animal friends to go to California and find his parents that were kidnapped. With the help of the local Dr., Byrd gets superpowers. He arrives in California and meets with Officer Mike who needs a partner to teach safety at schools. Officer Mike with surprise, that Byrd is special and helps officer Mike get bad guys and helps kids stay out of trouble. Byrd becomes Officer Byrd 007

I’ve written a script based on the book, The Adventures of Officer Byrd, and  ready  to produce a movie.  

 The movie is about helping kids with a real life hero with action, laughter, sadness, and music, who saves kids.
