We are creating a unique wood fired oven truck and need to get funds for all of the county/state fees, licenses and insurance
My dream is to share my love, passion and creativity surrounding food with my community, friends and family. I have funded most of the project myself, but now as I am getting close to completion I have run out of funds. I hope to pass on the joy of self-sufficiency and entrepreneurship to my children and show them that you can make anything happen when you believe in yourself and are determined!
Our truck's food focus is local, natural and organic food that is accessible to anyone who finds us on the street!
My husband and I each have 10 years of food knowledge including nutrition, cooking, special diets, history and origins of foods, farming, and recipe/technique creation.
We are finding the county/state fees, licenses and insurance prohibitive to getting started. So now we are here raising the funds we need!
