A winter weekend visit to Shii Koeii to meet the bees, dairy goats, laying hens, gardens, and farmers, while feasting on all natural farm grown vegetables, goat milk and cheese, fresh eggs, local meat and, of course, Shii Koeii's Natural Raw Honey! You'll be staying in a private room of strawbale and earth plaster construction with passive solar windows providing panoramic views of mountains and valleys.
