The Story

Breathless is a thriller with plenty of dark comedic twists and turns. Set in a trailer in Texas it follows Lorna (Gershon) a strong-willed Texan woman who’s had enough of the criminal acts and cheating ways of her husband Dale (hilariously played by Kilmer). When Lorna suspects Dale of holding up the local bank she enlists the help of her old chain-smoking friend Tiny (Giddish) to hatch a plan. The girls brainstorm about what to do with the hapless Dale and with Tennessee whiskey on board matters take an unexpected turn. When Sheriff Cooley (Liotta) shows up at their doorstep to investigate the bank robbery,  the story enters it’s unexpected climax. With an outstanding script (co-written by Jesse Baget and Stefania Moscato) , an experienced cast and with Jesse's subtle direction Breathless will keep you entertained right up to the end.

Having wrapped principal photography at the end of July we are now working on the first cut of the film. With your support, we will be ready for a 2012 release.

FAQs  -

What will the funds be used for? We will use the funds collected through Kickstarter.com to complete the post production of the film, to pay the fees of about 8% of our monetary goal to Kickstarter and to Amazon, and to cover the manufacturing, managing and delivery of the incentives.

If I donate, when will I receive my incentive? All incentives will only be provided if our goal is met. Once we reach the monetary goal we will immediately start sorting out the incentives and send them out (please reference the estimated delivery time for your respective incentive at the time of your pledge). We will of course update donors on their respective incentives as soon as they become available.

How will you get my e-mail address, my mailing address, etc.? We will collect all the info we need to fulfill your incentive at the time of your pledge. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us at breathlessmovie@gmail.com in case you have any questions.
