Debajo del Sol is a project focused on bringing the infectious social spirit of Spanish food to the streets of Ann Arbor. Debajo del Sol's custom food cart will offer authentic and original Spanish cuisine as part of Mark's Carts food cart courtyard. Debajo del Sol will feature a rotating tapas and paella menu that emphasizes seasonal and local ingredients with bold and exciting flavors. The courtyard setting will be casual and fun with music and entertainment, communal eating areas, and a wide variety of food styles. The focus will be on enjoying food and fun together with strangers as well as friends. Through this setting Debajo del Sol hopes to capture the excitement of eating in Spain and to create memorable social experiences for its customers.

This kickstarter project has been started to help bring Debajo del Sol to fruition. Though we have purchased the custom cart we still need some equipment to get started. The money raised will be used to buy equipment and supplies needed to help open the cart and execute the food. We hope to raise $3,000 for this purpose.
