My name is Imani Uzuri. I am excitedly preparing to record my NEW album "The Gypsy Diaries". I grew up in a small town in rural North Carolina where I ran barefoot in dirt fields, dreamed underneath pecan trees and drank water from the well. Today I travel around the world to many places from Morocco to Moscow exploring world cultures, sharing music and falling in love with the many beautiful people I meet along the way. My nomadic wanderings have inspired the music for this new album "The Gypsy Diaries". I'm extremely happy to be able to share it with you all soon! Thank you everyone for your beautiful support!!
