I'm raising funds to cover the costs of implementing this mural. Those costs include projector rentals, scaffolding, ladders, exterior paint, spray paint, polyurethane, brushes, buckets, rollers, rags, among other material things. I'd also like to involve some local artists in the painting process and compensate them for their efforts.

At this point I have permission to paint the wall and the design is finalized! The design itself is meant to epitomize the aesthetic that Fells Point has by emphasizing its unique architecture, harbor presence, and historical significance. The design also includes the element of time, suggesting that history has passed and time is indeed still passing.  Many unique details are included to make this design very lively, engaging, and  thought provoking.

Funding is the last phase before any paint can touch the walls. This is a very large and in depth project. All $3000 is needed to carry this mural to its completion.  Additional funds will surely make this process run smoother.

Of course, all donations will be matched with customized gifts that will not disappoint! These gifts include prints, original drawings, postcards, custom hand lettering, time lapse videos, woodcarvings, and other truly unique experiences and thoughtful gifts, all made by me!

So please help me paint this mural! Public art is one of the most positive forms of visual stimulation in any environment, especially within urban areas that can often be quite sparse. This mural will not just be an improvement to the area and be something beautiful for people to see. It will inspire people with ideas of their own and motivation to do bold and great things. I've seen it happen time and time again.  Other creative people inspire me to create murals like this! It's a positive chain reaction!
