I am really disappointed with how the shipping has been handled with this project. I realize that there were a large number of decks ordered, but there seems to be little to no regard for people who funded this project. No problems if you want a refund, there are people on a waiting list to buy them...to me that sounds like "shut up and don't complain, at least your getting cards". I recieved my first deck, but for some reason it did not ship with the second. That one I am still waiting for....

4th-ing this motion-- wasn't there some talk earlier of having some sort of updates along the lines of "people with names A-G have had decks shipped" as you went along? Some sort of update would be reassuring!

Any idea when single decks will ship out? According to the last update they're still being packaged...

Been a long wait but finally received my deck. Thanks so much and it's been a worthwhile wait too. I echo Jonathan's feedback below about adding more details about the artwork and artists but maybe you guys can bear that in mind for future editions. The personalised note was a nice touch. I have received my two decks, and I love them. The art is amazing, which is, of course, what these were bought for. For a commercial offering, I have two suggestions. First, look into boxes without the standard flaps, so that cards don't "catch" at the bottom when being put back in. Second, include a small booklet with maybe a half page reference of what fairy tale is associated with what card, and the name of the art piece, and the author. At a half page per picture, a cover page, and a trademark page at the back, you're looking at fifteen pages, which wouldn't take much space at all. I am very glad I ordered this, and my only regret is not ordering more decks.

I tried placing two orders, via credit card, and it didn't take the first order. I'm guessing I did it wrong somehow (probably by making it two separate orders). Is there any way to fix this? (I meant to order one signed deck and one unsigned.)

I only use Paypal online, is there any other way to back this project and order 2 decks (one signed and one regular)? I was hoping you had replied to my email by now b/c there were other questions I had too, but this was the most pressing. Please let me know asap if we can set something up.... I'd hate to miss this set.

These are absolutely beautiful and I am so glad I "stumbled" them.. I do have a question though, I noticed on the site, each of the cards has the story linked to it.. will anything like that be published to accompany the deck?
