About this project

Texas is South, is a project that has been coming together over the past year. After noticing that Texas had a huge music scene that was growing year after year, we decided to start recording and posting video content from local bands in Texas. We started off as just a web page, but the response from the viewers and bands over the past year, has led us to want to develop a better site. Currently we are showing up to venues across Texas, recording video of bands and streaming it on the web shortly after we finish recording a show. After a bit of trial and error we have found a system that works well recording good audio and video. And also, a web-platform similar to the features of youtube.com to build our new site around.
We want to develop a website so that it is respectful for fans, bands, and promoters/venues a like to come and post content, visit with featured bands, and watch content from all over Texas. After consulting other websites and discussing our ideas with professionals we are currently in need of a web developer, front end designer, and graphic artists.
This is just the Beginning, we plan on moving out on our ideas and letting the world know how kick ass Texas music really is. Visit our website to find out more about who we are.
